You can also assess multiple users at once by using an assistant that will guide you through the assessment process.
Start the bulk assessment as follows:
- Open your course.
- Open the assessment tool.
- Select Bulk assessment from the menu on the right.
- Click on Start bulk assessment.
The opening assistant includes the following steps:
Select the type of mass assessment you want to use. Decide for one of the specified options.
Pick the course element whose users you would like to assess and click the Select button.
For this step, you will need the names of the users you want to assess as well as the corresponding user results. Paste the results into the Values field. This information can be copied from the previously exported user list.
If you click on the entry Example of an Excel file, you will see what information you can, for example, use from the previously exported list of user results.
Indicate whether you will insert different values separated by tabs or commas.
Define which column is to contain information about the user assignment. In this example, the user name is in the first column and the institution number in the fourth.
For the assignment, the system requires the user name, email address or institution number (matriculation number).
Then specify the column hosting the assessment. In the example, this is column 5.
The assessment will be carried out, and the Feedback column will show if it has been completed successfully. Exit the assistant by clicking the Close assistant button at the bottom of the page.
